The surgery involves cutting or removing the septum. Once the septum is removed, the uterus is no longer divided into two parts and is one uterine cavity.A septic uterus while pregnant involves a surgery called a metroplasty. The procedure is now carried out with a hysteroscopy. The hysteroscopic procedure allows for treatment to be done within the uterus without the need for surgery.And finally, a miscarriage is the spontaneous loss of life inside the womb, and therefore a DNC surgery will be performed, and if the pregnancy is further along; the mother will have to go through delivery to remove the deceased child.
