Lisa Haven had someone point this out, but it is quite telling. These are pics of the Situation Room with Presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden. If you look very carefully at the tables, you will notice the nametags. In the previous four Presidencies, the tags are facing the person seated like a fancy dinner would. In President Biden's picture, they are all facing President Biden. That would lead one to wonder if his mental acuity has degraded to the point he can't remember his own Cabinet.
