Mark is very smart & intelligent. HE will know when it's time to leave Fox. He doesn't need anyone to encourage or discourage him as he will always do the right thing. I just hope he lets them fire him so he can sue the pants off them...lol! 
I am watching Fox much less since they got rid of Tucker, but I love to watch Mark Levin, so I want to be able to tune in to him.
