I just heard on studio 6b that the judge who’s presiding over their indictment will be the same judge that presided over trumps businesses in New York he’s after Trump. This cannot be done in New York. He will not be judged by a jury of his peers.

That is true. It appears that Bragg may have all but hand-picked this judge as well. It actually greatly increases the chance Bragg can get a conviction on such a weak case as well. But even then, it would be overturned on appeal almost immediately. Most interesting is that Trump, even if convicted... View More
