Besides the fact that I've missed #WalkAway something fierce and am SO glad that we are all once more able to **come home** to this community that embodies the heart and soul of the United States the way is was designed to be, the way it is SUPPOSED to be. Here is a HOME, and a very large, very diverse, very loving family! There aren't many places I've run across where it's what's INSIDE that's loved and respected, where nothing else much matters except our dedication to our Nation, to our calling, to each other.

I am a #WalkWith, Indpendent because I have never really *fit* with either major political party. There have been many times I haven't voted (until POTUS 45 came along) because really, what was the point most of the time, when there wasn't anyone worth voting FOR? Thankfully that has been changing of late, and I'm paying better attention. Politically speaking, my beloved State, COLORADO, has long been fighting to retain some of our freedoms, to regain others. It's daunting a lot of the time, even though my little town here in SE Colorado COULD boast (IF we were the boasting sort) of unity among (almost) all of us whose cultures are represented. At any rate, please - if you are the praying sort, pray for us - if you are not, send to us wishes for strength, tenacity, and wisdom.

I am a Patriot, love my Country with every cell of my body. Both sides of my family were Americans before there was a United States. The CONSTITUTION of the United States is, IMO, the most powerful document ever written and we had darned well better be learning how to use the tools it provides us with.

My personality type is INFJ (which explains a lot). I like to tell people that right up front, so they can look it up if they don't already know what it means, and have some idea about what to expect from me. This community is one of the rare places that I feel as though maybe, just maybe, I might belong.

And that, I think, is enough to go with for the time being. God bless us every one; God bless what we do here at #WalkAwaySOCIAL; God bless the USA; and please oh please God, send light and hope to our world.
