Do you want violent criminals and sex offenders locked up in womens detention facilities because they claim to self identify as women while still possessing the physical characteristics of a male? I know women, and men, are extremely concerned over the issue of reproductive health and abortion but Trump has made clear from early on that he in no way supports a federal ban, nor would one ever pass through legislation. Just consider the near fifty years that roe v wade was unable to be legislatively passed into proper law. The democrats are the party that unconstitutionally force regulation through executive orders that violate our rights and bureaucratic dictates that bypass legislation and the representatives of the people. Since the Dobbs decision, abortions have increased overall. There is no state in the union that denies care for the safety of the mother nor denies women the right to travel for abortion procedures. Nor are laws targeted at the women that seek to undergo these procedures, yet instead are aimed at limiting the parameters in which medical practitioners are permitted to operate. Trump has correctly stated what Ruth Bader Ginsberg knew when she said that roe v wade was bad law in that substantive due process is a fallacy and the only proper way to legalize the procedure is through legislation and consensus of the people. Trump, although more accurately, the Supreme Court, has returned the decision to the individual states and the will of the people more locally. Indeed, many states have lessened their restrictions on the procedure since the Dobbs decision. Roe v wade has been in effect overturned since 1992 with the Planned Parenthood of Southeastern PA v Casey decision which gave states the right to ban the abortion of any viable fetus under any circumstances except the health of the mother. All Dobbs did was clean up the issue of substantive due process as bad precedent for future decisions in the court. There have already been cases where surrogates were tried to be forced to abort a designer baby that wasn’t up to par against their will. If you claim to be living a handmaidens tale then get ready because the democrats will push baby farms and surrogates with no personal rights if given the opportunity. Meanwhile, the same people that decree “my body, my choice!” Want unconstitutional forcing of mRNA vaccines on people, vaccine passports yet no ID to vote, taking children from unvaccinated as well as locking them up in camps or prisons. If you’re voting for womens rights and reproductive freedom, take a long hard look because the false promises and deceptive marketing of the democrats are anathema to womanhood and femininity. They would gladly take your power away and keep you as a diligent worker for corporate and state entities, a surrogate breeder for the elites and opposed to family and motherhood. Republicans in turn are not trying to take your rights and bodily autonomy away. They are supporting the will of the people on a more local level, protecting the rights and safety of women as well as trying to compromise with safe and reasonable limits on medical procedures that destroy viable fetuses and not allowing abortion to be used in lieu of contraception. If you love women, freedom and family, you’ll see the democrat platform for the evil that it is and vote to save our country, preserve human rights and redeem our humanity.
