I like my pets - but all dogs go to Heaven anyway. My dog was a cocker spaniel, so he'd probably jump in and help save the stranger. lol

I love my pups, but the stranger's relationship with God may somehow be connected to being saved from death and I could not forgive myself to not try to save the stranger.
