I started off as a Democrat. I had a college teacher in Iowa that had attempted to get me involved in the election for John Kerry. I met him too after he lost. I fell off of politics for awhile. Even thought I was a Bernie fan. My Stepmom had a big talk with me and had me watch Hillary’s America and 13 Hours and I learned about Benghazi. I learned about the Democratic Party. I also learned on my Mom’s side we are related to Abraham Lincoln. First cousin 6x removed. After I realized I didn’t stand with anything the Democratic Party stood for I started to do more research. I’ve voted for Trump both times. Thanks to my Dad and Stepmom for waking me up! I did go through a lot of rough cancel culture times of clients that cut work off with me and was in a community that divided among a favorite band I liked. It was very hard! As I started to notice people fall away out of my life new people came in that supported me and helped me find work too! I’ve been to a few Trump rallies one in Phoenix right before Covid hit. I went with neighbors I had never met that were afraid to go too. I also went to see him in downtown Phoenix after the election on a date and it was an amazing time. I listen to 550 AM radio a lot on Arizona. I don’t watch MSM. I’ve got a few social media accounts thepositivetrump on Truth and on Instagram. I wanted to create my own algorithm of positive things Trump has done and people I’ve found from my support for him. Which lead to me still going to events and met Kari Lake last year with my neighbor too and now that neighbor helps me with my special needs children and we have a family of support for our ideals and it’s a wonderful thing! It was amazing meeting Brandon and Kari and realizing they are fellow midwesterners, I grew up in Iowa and I now have been in Arizona for over 11 years now. So as I found out I could volunteer from home and it was an answer to my prayers. I am a freelance web designer too. I home school my 9 year old and my 4 year old is in Preschool and they are my world and I try and live a good balance of helping their future and speak up for their future and ours!
