Jokes on you, Liberals! I would have been a useful idiot if you didn't make yourself known to me. In a lot of ways I was set to be a perfect target for liberalism. I was a young edgy atheist, in the bluest state, able to tick off a box in any minority category that has been created as of late. I was a wiccan for a few months in middle school around the same time I had written two rock ballads about how cutting down trees is murder. I believed that women deserved equality, whatever that meant. The year 2010 was a very public and very sneaky recruiting period for what was to become the woke left. Feminists went around saying, "Feminism is just believing in equality, if you believe in equality you're one of us." as if no one would notice their other initiative to # K*llAllMen. I was made aware of all this from some of my favorite YouTube atheists, when a woke activist group, called Atheism+, tried to criticize the Youtube atheist community for being misogynistic and too white. Woke ideology had come into my thing that I liked and tried to advertise itself by unjustly tearing everyone down. To paraphrase an old quote from the Amazing Athiest, after he was asked why he only "picks on" Christianity and not other religions, he said, 'As of right now, Christians hold a lot of power in our country, they have real political sway, they're the ones who are protesting, they're the ones that are censoring speech. If, in the future, Buddhists, or anyone else, start censoring speech and oppressing people, then I'll talk about how they're wrong.' And they did. It almost makes sense that you would want to plant your woke ideology seeds in with the edgy atheists, they're kind of against conservatives because they're against Christian censorship; But if anyone is good at calling things a "cult" it's Youtube atheists. The Youtube atheists were able to sniff out the woke ideology hidden inside Atheism+, and they tore it to shreds, followed the scent and tore into the 3rd wave feminists of Tumblr. Atheism+ retreated to the bogs from whence it came, to work on its next plan of attack. This was just the story of when I was first red pilled. After Atheism+ finished licking it's wounds, it came back in 2015 with Gamer Gate, a force that red pilled even more people. ("Oh no, Here we go again.") I could go on about the trouble I've seen, I say that I #WalkWith you all because I've been un-woke since 2010, I've spent half my life, so far, being un-woke and here is what that means to me: I said that I was an edgy atheist, in the bluest state, able to tick off a box in any minority category that has been created as of late, and I still am. I was against opressive ideology that advocates for censorship, and against authoritarians who hate people for the way they were born, and I still am.
