She promised her Sacramento district she'd help the homeless. The tents on concrete are $30k each. Homeless like to "book" a tent and use it when they feel like it. Drug dealers and junkies hang out nearby. This is what her "privilege" produces. No law enforcement, no real outreach and robust services. No consequences for theft, drugs and other crimes.
