At minimal, a school guard with metal detector machines at entrances. Detroit schools had them in the 60-70’s. I assume for knives at the time. I wouldn’t doubt they were taken out to go after our A2nd. Adding the welcome signs of “Gun Free Zones”, to boot.

Aggie B TN did it, and they've had no school shootings since, (other than a girl getting shot at her dorm at a university, but I don't think arming teachers would solve dorm violence).
